Location: Camberwell, London (studio-based)
Contract: Full-time (open to discussion for the right person)

About the Role
With the move into a new studio space in Camberwell, I’m looking for a junior 3D designer who’s excited to develop their skills within a focused, creative environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who feels drawn to atmospheric, detail-driven 3D work and wants to grow through hands-on projects and collaboration.

You don’t need to be fully formed, curiosity, care, and a strong visual sensibility matter more than polish.

What You’ll Do

Support the development of 3D scenes and assets using Blender
Explore materials, lighting, and mood within ongoing projects
Assist with look development, renders, and scene refinement
Learn through close collaboration, feedback, and shared process

What I’m Looking For

A London-based designer working primarily in Blender
A genuine interest in materials, detail, and atmosphere
A thoughtful approach to visual work and experimentation
Some existing 3D work (personal projects very welcome)
Openness to learning and developing within a studio setting
